Mactaquac Provincial Park’s freshwater lifeguarded beaches are a perfect place for a picnic, to relax in the sun and splash away in the water with your children. For the adventure-inclined, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing can all be enjoyed in the park’s waters. The main beach is supervised from July to Labour Day weekend. It has change houses, washrooms, parking, food service, campground, showers and picnic areas. Pets are not allowed on the beach, but they are (on a leash) in the rest of the park.
