“Be sure to find out about the Irish culture in the area.”
You really should go see the Londonderry Church built by the settlers to this region. It has just been completely restored and is a good way to find out about our culture in this area. It’s unique, it sort of stands out in the forest all by itself and it’s a great genealogical haunt. This church is part of the Irish Trail being developed to tell the story of the Irish families who arrived in 1818.

The best way to experience Fundy's tides is via our 391 km (243 mi.) Fundy Coastal Drive. You can make it in five hours, but we suggest you slow down to really appreciate the remarkable flowerpot formations, seaside trails, lighthouses, parks and discovery beaches along the way.
